A little bit about the village i am trying to develop

People who will take part in this experiment, who also works for this experiment is required to live on site, to promote the work and play in where you live concept. Since it is not an easy task to be confided within the area, the housing should be free for those who live there, where their spouses and children are allowed to live there too.

For environmental issues, live animals would not be eaten. Instead they are used for their milk and eggs. Only seafood, dairy products and egg products as well as vegetables are permitted on site. This will not only encourage a healthier way of eating, but also more sustainable. Cows emit too much CO2. Since it is not easy to force people to eat this way, if they haven't already, residents of the compound are allowed to eat for free at the restaurants on site. Kitchens are provided if they do want to cook for themselves or eat other things.

For those who would wish to join the program, but have jobs outside of the compound are welcome to join as well, but the housing and food would not be free for them.

Visitors are welcome, with a fee of course which helps the funding of the project. Tours can be taken around the compound, for people who want to be educated how one can live sustainably. Since the site is directly on the bay, some programs would have to be purely public.

The whole objective is for this to be an experiment. Surveys will be taken from the full time, part time and visitors for POA, to assure the quality of living and to see which areas are lacking, and what are needed for this project to grow into a successful community that is truly sustainable.
